About 3-4 weeks ago I was 88 kilo’s and lifting heavy eating 35,00-4,000 calories a day to increase and test my pure strength.I use to be able to squat 505 lbs for 1 repetiton.I was about 200lbs then.It took me about 4 years to go from 155 lbs to 198-202lbs.I lifted heavy everyday and for a while two times daily.I ate very well.What I mean by well is I ate high amounts of clean carbs and proteins with lots of veggies.Now I am still quite strong when I fight and my thick muscle although not as dense as before is very much like armor.
